Buying

If you are a new customer you will have to choose a category by clicking on products located at the top of the page or choose your product on the navigation bar located at the left hand side of the page.

Once you have selected a category you will see a list of products to choose from, click add to cart to add the desired products. When you have finished adding your products click “go to checkout” at the top left hand side of the page, complete the check out form and click make purchase. Don’t forget to include your full character name e.g.: john@doe.

When we have received and confirmed your payment an attendant will contact you via the game or email to complete the transaction.

Selling

We also buy game currency and characters on a case by case basis. The amounts and prices we buy will vary depending on supply and demand.

Q. Which payment methods do you accept?

A. We currently accept Paypal as our preferred online payment method. Having your Paypal account verified and ensuring your delivery/contact information is up to date will speed up the verification and delivery of your order.

Q. Credit Card Cannot Be Used for PayPal Payment Error?

A. When purchasing or buying products and services online, PayPal is one of the most commonly used payment gateway used by the e-commerce sites to allow customer to pay for the invoices. However, when users attempt to make a payment by using credit card without logging in to PayPal account, occasionally PayPal will reject, or doesn’t accept the credit card users desired to use with the following error message:

“The credit card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit card number.”

Q. Are there discounts for larger orders?

Q. How will I be paid for goods that I sell to startrekonline-credits?

A. Payment for currency, items and accounts sold to startrekonline-credits will be made via Paypal.

Q. Why do you sometimes need to call me when I’ve made an order?

A. 1) There may have been an error on your order, a misspelled character name or complications with payment. If you have been unavailable to receive your order, we may call you to ask you to collect your order in-game, if remote delivery is not available.

2) For larger orders, we must confirm your identity and legitimate possession of the card or Paypal account you are using to pay. This serves to decrease fraud and deter scams, something which benefits all our customers and MMORPG players.

3) If you are worried about an order or have not managed to resolve an issue via e-mail,we may call you to assure you and help resolve any problems you are having.

Q. What time are you likely to call me regarding an order?

A. We are aware of vast time differences between certain countries, so if we do need to give you a call to confirm payment details or obtain additional game login info, we will strive to call you within 30 minutes after your order is made to ensure you are available and that we don’t wake you up! If not, we will certainly send you an email to setup some time for us to call.

Q. Why do your prices change so frequently?

We raise and decrease our prices in accordance with market supply and demand. When supply is short and demand is high, prices will increase. When supply is plentiful but there is little demand, prices will decrease. This is the reason for changing prices and also why currency prices may vary.
